What the form collects
JDF 1111 collects your monthly income, your monthly expenses and payments, the net excess or shortfall between them, and your assets. For some asset categories, such as investment accounts, retirement funds and separate property, the form tells you to attach a supporting schedule (JDF 1111-SS) if you own them. Each spouse fills out their own, and the form tells you to attach additional pages if you need more room to list assets.
Why the numbers need to be right
The form is sworn, so every figure on it is a statement you made to the court under penalty of perjury. If a hearing is set in your case, the numbers you say out loud and the numbers on your filed statement are the same numbers, and a mismatch is the kind of thing a judge notices. This is the reason the Court Day System has a print gate: every number on a hearing sheet gets checked against the filed version of its source document before you carry it into the room.
What this page does not do
It does not tell you what to put in any box, what your income or expenses should be, or what is fair. Those are your facts and your sworn statements. The court has a Child Support and Maintenance calculator linked from its divorce page, and the clerk or the court's self-help staff can answer procedural questions.
The forms are free. The hearing day is the part nobody explains.
Everything linked above is free from the Colorado Judicial Branch, and it gets your paperwork filed. If your case goes to a hearing, the court’s forms do not tell you how that day runs. That is what we sell.
What The Court Day System is
- A method for the hearing day, in the order the day happens: ten fill-in sheets, a six-step ritual for getting an exhibit in, and evidence-rule elements you can read out loud.
- An admission tracker, drills, and a protocol for checking anything an AI tool gave you.
- Every sheet as PDF and editable DOCX. Instant download. 7-day money-back guarantee.
What it is not
- Not the court’s forms, and not a summary of Colorado law. Use the free forms linked on this page.
- Not legal advice and not a lawyer. We do not file for you, appear for you, choose what you argue, or predict what a judge will do.
- No promise about your result. It is a method for preparing, not an outcome.
- Not a fit for every hearing. It is built for hearings where you present evidence.
Secure checkout by Stripe. You review, edit and own everything you file. Questions or a refund: support@courtdocs.io with your receipt.
Want your specific hearing built for you? The Hearing Packet ($1,500) is ordered through an intake form and is not sold inside 14 days of a hearing. The same limits apply: you choose what to argue, and it is not legal advice.
