What is CourtDocs?

CourtDocs is an intelligent legal document generation platform designed to help pro se (self-represented) litigants create professional-quality court documents. Our system uses a battle-tested 7-phase methodology to help you build compelling legal documents.

Pro Se Litigant: A person who represents themselves in court without an attorney. CourtDocs is designed specifically to give you the same document quality as a well-staffed law firm.

Creating Your First Document

Select Your Document Type

Choose the type of legal document you need to create (motion, response, declaration, etc.). Not sure which one? Check our Document Types Guide.

Answer the Interview Questions

Our guided interview will walk you through all the information needed for your document. Be specific and include exact dates, amounts, and facts. The more detail you provide, the stronger your document will be.

Upload Your Evidence

Add supporting documents, bank statements, emails, photos, and other evidence. Our system will help organize and reference these in your document.

Review and Download

Review your generated document carefully. Make any necessary edits, then download in court-compliant format. Check our Filing Guide for next steps.
